A consultation meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on March 19^th (this Saturday afternoon) in the Lecture Hall of Graduate School for doctoral candidates to graduate in 2016. Details of dissertation submitting and defense and graduation procedures will be introduced. Doctoral candidates who will graduate this year (this semester and next semester) are required to attend this meeting. Other doctoral candidates are also welcome.
