1.Register for the application of Medical Examination in the Student Affairs Office.

2. Prepare the related materials needed for the medical examination, including:

1) Passport;

2) Copy of passport (First page/ Data page);

3) Copy of visa page and entry stamp page;

4) Two 2-inch passport photographs;

5) Yellow fever injection certificate;

6) Medical Examination fee CNY 550.

3.Go to 5th Floor of Jiangbin Hospital for the medical examination on the appointed date. Students should not eat or drink before the medical examination on the day.

Students can take No.29 Bus and get off at the bus station Jiangbinyiyuan (江滨医院). Going by taxi will cost about CNY 20.

4.Get the receipt from the hospital when the medical examination is finished.

5.Collect the health certificate on the given date.
