Students who need to leave the campus due to reasons like graduation, suspension, quitting or temporary returning to home country should complete the leaving procedure before they leave.

1. Inform the class teacher and the supervisor about the exact reason of leaving.

2. Complete the leaving form;

3. Give the detailed information of the itinerary to the class teacher.

4. Make sure whether the student leave the university or not.
