4.Personal Photo for Graduation (with blue background, name and student ID number)

5. Transcript（with stamp）

6. Photos of the defense

Please submit the following documents by hard copy toroom215 at OEC （Miss Li）

1. Personal basic information form with signature to confirm your information

2. Copy of Passport

3. Two Photos for Graduation

4. Copy of HSK2 Certificate

*Pleasesend the documents by email and submit the above items（hard copy）to room 215（Miss Li) at OEC. If you can’t provide the aforementioned documents, graduation certificate can’t be issued to you* THANKS

*when collectingyour Graduation certificate, you are required to submit leaving form with all signatures toroom 213,student affairs office and submit copy one to 215,postgraduate teaching affairs office in OEC.
