经2016年6月20日校学位委员会决定，自2016年始，每年学校增开一次校学位委员会，时间为9月底。为做好2019年9月底毕业研究生学位授予工作，现就其学位论文送审、答辩及学位评定等工作通知如下：

In order to do a good job in awarding the second batch of graduate degree in 2019, the following announcements are given concerning the examination, defense, degree evaluation and of the dissertations:

一、论文提交、送审、答辩等相关事宜要求

1.Submission , defense requirements and other related matters

1、所有类别研究生的学位论文在送审前必须进行学位论文学术不端行为检测工作（具体要求详见附件1），检测合格者方可进入学位论文送审环节。考虑到暑期学生的送审需求，学位论文学术不端检测时间安排在7月22—23号上午9:00-11:00，下午14:30-16:30

(1) The dissertations of all types of postgraduates must be tested for academic misconduct [Plagiarism] before it is submitted for trial (see Annex1 for details). Only those who pass the check can further continue to submit their dissertation for blind trial.

The time for testing academic misconduct [Plagiarism] is 22 July-23 July, 9:00-11:00, 14:30-16:30

2、学期工作时间学位论文送审报批时间仍为每周一下午和周四上午。暑期送审报批时间为7月24-25号上午9:00-11:00，下午14:30-16:30。为确保研究生学位论文按时答辩，本批次博士学位论文送审报批截止时间定为7月25日，硕士学位论文报批送审截止时间定为8月29日。请各学院务必根据本批次拟毕业研究生的人数及具体情况统筹安排好论文送审报批进度。

(2)The time to submit thesis:

OEC: 26th June-5th July, Monday to Friday, 9:00-11:00, 14:00-17:00.

Graduate school: In term time, on every Monday afternoon and Thursday morning.

In summer vacation:24th July-25th July, 9:00-11:00, 14:30-16:30

To ensure the timely defense, the deadline for submitting doctoral dissertations (PhD) for this batch is 25th July, the deadline for submitting postgraduate dissertations (master) is 29th August. All colleges are requested to make overall arrangements for the submission of thesis for trial and approval according to the number of graduate students and their specific conditions.

3、送审报批截止日之后提交送审的研究生学位论文，其“盲审”工作正常办理，但原则上本批次不受理其作者的学位申请。

(3) A postgraduate thesis submitted for defense after the deadline for approval is submitted to the postgraduate's degree paper, whose "blind trial" is handled normally, but in principle this batch does not accept the application of author's degree.

4、研究生学位论文的答辩时间应在收到“同意答辩”的研究生学位论文评阅意见后确定。不符合本条规定的论文答辩将不能确保按期进行。

(4) The defense time of postgraduate dissertations should be determined after receiving the opinions of postgraduate dissertations and must fulfill the requirements for defense. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will not ensure that thesis defense is carried out on schedule. It is particularly emphasized that if dissertation opinions and comments do not fulfill the requirements, the defense of a dissertation is invalid.

5、特别强调，无学位论文评阅意见及评阅意见不同意答辩的学位论文的答辩一律无效。

(5)In particular, it is emphasized that the dissertation without evaluations and the comments that disagree with the defense are invalid.

Please hand in three colored photos (2inches, with blue background, name and student ID number), We suggest to go to Meiyi photographic studio(美艺摄影) which is on the Tongjiang Road in Jiangsu University, opposite to Jiangsu Primary school. The prescribed format has been put on record in the photo studio.

Documents to be prepared for evaluation:

a. Application form to submit dissertation[soft and hard copy,2 copies]

b. Basic information form[soft and hard copy,2 copies，please make sure your personal information,your name,birthday,major]

c. Dissertation information form[It is mandatory to fill Chinese and English title of the thesis ][soft and hard copy]

d. Handbook[Must be filled and signed]

e. Transcript[2 hard copies]

f. academic card(master:at least 10 times. P.hD: at least 15 times)
