To whom it may concern,

Students who should graduate in December 2018 but cannot finish the required study tasks( Not passing dissertation review or who do not receive the result till December 31^st) by this semester must apply for study period extension.Please fill the attached application form, submit by January 7^th. OEC will not accept any application after the deadline.

Note: The form is in triplicate which should be kept by Overseas Education College(Teaching Affairs Office)，Students’ affairs office and Student’s School.
