一大赛背景Contest Background

为响应国家对外开放的号召，贯彻教育部《“一带一路”教育行动》精神，同时，更好地践行“一带一路”国际人才培养产学联盟的建立宗旨，致力于校企产学研国际化合作，以市场及人才需求为导向，更好地促进教育对外开放，市场对外开放有机整合，协同创新、合作共赢，进一步提升办学质量，提高留学生跨文化沟通能力，创新能力、实践能力、做实海外留学生“三全育人”工作等。江苏大学“一带一路”国际人才培养产学联盟秘书处联合大全集团举办此次海外市场调研大赛，旨在为留学生提供施展才华的机会。

In response to the call of the State Open Policy, to better implement the purpose for the establishment of the "Belt and Road" Industry-University Alliance for International Talents Cultivation and Education,which is committed to the international cooperation between the universities and enterprises, according to the market and talent demand, integrating the opening-up of market, further improve the school quality and the innovation ability as well as practical ability of overseas students, among others. The Secretariat of " Belt and Road" Industry-University Alliance for Cultivation and Education, together with Daqo Group is organizing the Overseas Market Research contest so as to provide opportunities for international students and also enable them to show their talents.

二大赛目的Contest Purpose

比赛旨在激发留学生探索性学习的主动性和积极向上的内在动力。促进第一课堂教学和第二课堂拓展相结合，强调社会经验的积累，增强学生之间团队合作能力，提高学生动手操作能力，锻炼学生跨文化沟通能力和口头表达能力，实践创新能力。为企业发掘人才。同时，为大全集团进军海外市场提供可行性分析与方案参考。

We aim to stimulate the initiative and positive internal motivation of exploratory learning for international students through competitions. Promote the combination of FIRST CLASSROOM teaching and the expansion of the SECOND CLASSROOM, emphasize the accumulation of social experience, enhance students' teamwork ability, improve students' hands-on operation ability, exercise students’ communicative ability and oral expression ability, and cultivate students' practical innovation ability, thereby discovering talents for enterprises and cultivate talents for the society. At the same time, the contest provides feasibility analysis and program reference for Daqo Group to enter overseas markets.

Each individual or team composes the overseas market research team and comes out with the market report strictly in accordance with the requirements of the competition.

递交作品，优秀参赛者参观企业Submission of Market Research Report and Visitation to the Company by Excellent Contestants

提交时间：8月5日

Date of submission: August 5^th, 2020

评选50名优秀参赛者实地参观公司。

参加线下参观培训的参赛者，可以修改自己的调研报告，一周内提交定稿。

50 excellent contestants will be selected based on their market research reports to visit the company on site.

Contestants participating in offline visit training can modify their research reports and submit the final draft within one week.
