The courses opened this semester (check the attachment) are opened to students who have failed to get the credits, you can apply to restudy, and the arrangement is as follows,

1. Apply courses of restudy by Undergraduates’ Academic System fromSep. 3 to 11:00am on Sep. 9, no more application will be accepted after this period.

2. Pay credit fee (300RMB per credit) online fromSep. 12 to Sep. 22, attention to “How to pay credit fee online” which will be posted on OEC website later. The online payment system will be closed onSep.22.

3. Report Teaching Affairs Office which courses you have paid for if could not pay for all restudy fee and register the course beforeSep.23.

4. Attend class from the 5^thweek (start from Sep.26), all students must attend the classes, write mid-term exam, final exam and obey the regulation of class attendance. Anybody who cannot join class with some reason must get permission from OEC with“Application Form for Exemption from Class”.

5. Students who have applied and paid for restudy courses last semester can come to OEC to register the course with receipt.

Note: Application will not be accepted after the deadline, please follow the time arrangement.
