Attention Master Students,

The recruitment of Teaching Management Assistants (TMA) for undergraduate courses for foreign students to help promote effective and efficient academic work in the 2nd Semester of 2017-2018 Academic year is opened.The successful applicants will assist a particular class assigned in carrying out the following,

1. Required to be in the class room 10 minutes before the class starts, and stay in class for the whole class period;

2. Help in checking class attendance for each class period;

3. Assist teachers to upload the attendance on the teaching affairs system;

4. Help in disciplining class during the class period;

5. Help in sending feedback to Teaching Affairs Office about any teaching incidents.

All qualified applicants must have the following requirements:

1. Be ready to work 8 hours per day for 5 days;

2. Finished respective course works;

3. No punishment from OEC;

4. Be ready to abide by the rules of engagement.
