All students mustapplyto write this exam and submit theApplication Form for Graduation Examinations toHuang laoshi withbothhard copy(including attachment)and soft copy(application form only) beforeNovember 24. His office is inSMSLM103, and email address ishxj141@126.com.

Applicants should name the file name of this form as the format of “Batch + I.D.number”, i.e. the format of 2011+2011QP9YX0501.

Applications will only be accepted before November 24,afterevaluation the successful applicants can participate in the Graduation Exam,the nameswill be announced onDecember 1,and exam will be held onDecember 8 and 9.

Studentsshould pay their Graduation exam fee (include graduation evaluation) and hostelfee (if staying in Overseas Apartment) before graduation exams.
