To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in June 2018,

It’s time to apply for graduation exam, the procedures are as follows,

Step 1Send soft copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations and scan copy of internship certificate(s) tohxj141@126.combefore May 25. The Applicants should name the email as the format of “Batch + I.D. number”, i.e. the format of “2012+2012QP9YX0501”

Step 2The list of the qualified students will be announced after evaluating E-application documents before May 31.

Step 3Submit hard copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, Internship Log Book and copy of internship certificate(s) to Mr. Xu( SMSLM305) before June 4.

Step 4Announce the final list of the qualified students before June 7.

Step 5Exams on June 9 and 10.
