1. 对象：2020年毕业的学生

Participant: Supposed to graduate in 2020.

2. 时间：2019年3月26日（周二），13：10

Time: 13:10, Mar. 26th, 2019(Tuesday)

3. 地点: 老图书馆四楼南侧

Venue: Old Library，south side of 4thfloor

4.携带材料：护照、学生证（或一卡通）

Documents to carry: Passport, ID Card（Campus Card）

5.其他要求Others

（1）照片将用于毕业证和网上注册，拍摄必须穿白色上衣，面容洁净、发型整齐、长发者须将头发扎起（头发不能遮盖眉毛和耳朵）;

The photos will be used for graduation certificate and China Degree Verifying website (http://www.chsi.com.cn/), so the students are supposed to wear awhiteshirt/suit, keep a clean face, neat hair. Long hair must be tied up (The hair can’t cover the eyebrows and ears).

（2）组织各班学生以班级为单位，按学号排成一队，等待拍照；

The students in the same class are required to line up according to ID number.

（3）拍照时人数到齐的班级优先安排；

Those students whose whole classmates come earlier will take pictures in priority.

（4）照片费为12元每人，请提前交给班长。

Every student is supposed to pay 12 yuan for taking photo, please pay the money to the monitor in advance. After collecting all fees, the monitor transfers the money to the class teacher.
