In order to ensure the academic development of postgraduate student

status and related work in this semester, the relevant matters are notified as

follows:

1.Term Registration

According to the Regulations of Jiangsu University on the Management of

Student Status of Overseas Graduates in China, the students who come to China

should register in time for each semester (please go to your class teacher).

Those who fail to register within 2 weeks without reason will be dismissed from

school.

2. Submission of the Curriculum Record Form（For secretary of

respective school）

Colleges should co-operate to arrange Student Curriculum Record Forms

and submit them to the Academic Affairs Office of the Overseas Education

College no later than March 1 (the first Friday).

3. Arrangements for the Opening of thesis proposal for Overseas Master

and Doctoral Students

The duration of master's degree course for overseas students in China is

3 years, the shortest is 2 years. If students of Grade 2017 plan to submit

their dissertations for experts review in the first half of 2020, they must

complete and pass the thesis proposal opening of their dissertations by the end

of June at the latest;G

Grade 2017 Ph.D. graduates have three years of schooling. If they plan

to submit their dissertations for examination in the first half of 2020, they are

supposed to have already finished the thesis proposal opening of their

dissertations
