MBBS students who had internship abroad should apply for the internship assessment, the requirements are as follows,1. Fill Application Form for Assessment of Internship Abroad, send soft copy of application and internship certificate(s) tohxj141@126.combeforeMay 31. The Applicant should name the email name as the format of “Batch + I.D. number”, i.e. the format of “2012+2012QP9YX0501”.

2. Submit hard copy of Application Form, Internship Log Book and copy of internship certificate(s) to class monitor. Class monitor will help to submit Internship Log Book and all required documents to School of Medicine before May 31.

3. Students who don’t submit Internship Log Book and all required documents can’t take the graduation exam in June.

4. Don’t forget to pay graduation exam and internship assessment fees before June 3.
