To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in December 2019,It’s time to apply for graduation exam, the procedures are as follows,Step 1Send soft copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations and scan copy of internship certificate(s) to1000002073@ujs.edu.cn before November 18. The Applicants should name the email as the format of “Batch + I.D. number”, i.e. the format of “2012+2012QP9YX0501” Step 2Submit hard copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, Internship Log Book and copy of internship certificate(s) to class teacher before November 18, class teacher will help to submit all documents to School of Medicine.Step 3Announce the list of qualified students before November 25.

Step 4Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before December 2. (Students who have done internship out of China only)

Step 5Exams on December 5 and 6.
