2019-2020-2 Semester Final Online Exam Description

All final exams in this semester will take the form of online exams.

The specific requirements of the online examination are as follows:

1.      There must be two devices for this online exam. One computer, one mobile phone; or one iPad and one mobile phone; or two the other electronic devices. The computer (or iPad) will be used for answering the exam questions and the mobile phone will be used for video invigilation. The equipment used for video invigilation (e.g. phone) must be positioned it the way to capturestudent’s hands and the equipment (e.g. laptop) used to answer the exam questions. The video invigilation equipment (e.g. iPad) must be located as shown in the following figure:

2. Ensure to have two hours of continuous electric power and network connectivity in your area.

3. If you are unable to take the exam due to objective reasons (electricity, network, time difference, etc.), please apply for the postponement of your exam before June 8th. If you do not apply for the postponement, and do not join the final examination, it will be recorded as absent. The absent students will not be allowed to join the make-up exam in next term.

If a student applies for a late exam now, we will consider all exams in this term to be delayed for the specific student.

4. Please download the exam commitment. If you want to take the exam, you must sign the exam commitment. Otherwise, you will be disqualified from the final exam and the make-up exam in the next semester. Please give it to your class teacher before June 8th.

5. Student must take part in the online test organized by the subject teacher before the final exam. If a student do not take part in the online test, the subject teacher has the right to disqualify the student.

6. Students have to enter the online examination room at least 20 minutes before the exam starts, and ask the invigilator to confirm student’s identity (ID card or passport).

7. If a student, during the exam, leaves the examination room, for any reasons, the student will not be allowed to return to the same.

8. For other special requirements, please follow the teacher’s arrangements. If there are any problems, please let us know.
