Introduction to the Emotional Intelligence classes

Developing Emotional Intelligence starts with understanding ourselves. Human being is complex. We take good care of our physical bodies but often either we are ignorant or we neglect our psychological health.

In our society, we can see many successful intelligent adults who lack emotional intelligence, plagued by insecurity, anger issues, depression, emotional challenges and souring relationships. Relationship is central to our well being. When there is conflict without, there is conflict within andour emotional welfare spiral downwards threatening to undo whatever success we have worked hard to build.

Even in campus, it is not unusual to hear news of students taking their lives whether due to broken relationships, academic failures or unfulfilled dreams. How then do we build resilience and a healthy self that we may withstand all these challenges in lives? The journey begins here with:

Awareness

Understanding

Managing and

Overcoming
