Please note that the deadline for registering for the “2016 International Culture Festival” is fast approaching. Representatives for countries which are not registered yet are requested to fill the registration form found at various apartment receptions and submit to:

First rehearsal will be on 4th May and the final rehearsal will be conducted on 11th May as announced. Venue of the rehearsal will be announced in due time.

Afternoon - ICF Opening

What happens at the event? Meet the diplomats fromembassy/consulate of your countries. You can discuss issues, problems and events with the diplomants and learn from their suggestions and experiences.

How to Invite your Diplomats?· Contact your embassy/consulate and ask them if they interested in attending the event.

· If Yes, Go to OEC or contact Mr. Wang (contact: 152 5290 0846)

· Get a formal letter prepared

· OEC will post the letter for you

· OEC will arrange their reception and itinerary during their visit to JSU.

· Meet the Diplomats

Please note that the invitations need to be sent well ahead of time due to the plethora of arrangements to be made. If you're interested in inviting your diplomats please begin the procedure as soon as possible.
