Dear students：

The 2016 Spring A&W Scholarship Application for perspective students is available now. It is open to all students who have done good jobs in your school life and study.

If you wish to apply for the scholarship, download and fill out the application form from the attachment and submit it to your class teacher. Please check the details as following:

1. Candidates:students who love China and Chinese, with good academic achievements, good morality and contribution to OEC and all students, obeying rules of OEC and Overseas Apartment, without any OEC punishments and failed subjects last term.

Those students with serious financial problems will be given priority.

This company scholarship is not compatible with Chinese Government Scholarship, Chinese Government Self-funded Students’ Scholarship, and Jiangsu Provincial Jasmine Scholarship. Students who won the scholarship of last term are not qualified this time.

2. Scholarship amount:the total of RMB¥5, 000/person

3. Application Materials:

A. Paper Application Materials: the application form of Anxin Weiguang (A&W) Flooring Company Scholarship (your personal information should be filled out with computer and printed off). If the space is not enough, write on a blank sheet and attach it to the form.

B. The personal summary of your study, school life and activities.

C. A story between you and Anxin Weiguang (A&W) Flooring Company or other Chinese company.

D. Transcript of 1st term of 2015—2016 academic year (printed screenshot only)

All contents should be written with computer and printed off.

4. The Selection Process:

A. Please finish the application before April 19th, students should submit application materials to the corresponding OEC class teachers.

B. Before April 22nd, OEC will evaluate and select.

C. During April 23rd to 30th , OEC will publicize the winners and accept reasonable objection from anyother students.

After publicity, the final winners will be awarded the scholarship money. If you have any questions, please timely come to your Overseas Education College class teacher for further help and advice.
