Residence permit renewal will be addressed at OECONLYin the following days during 2016 summer vacation:

July 20 (Wednesday) 2:00pm---4:30pm

July 21 (Thursday) 2:00pm---4:30pm

August 10 (Wednesday) 2:00pm---4:30pm

August 11 (Thursday) 2:00pm---4:30pm

Please check your visa expiry date, choose a right time and come to OEC Student Affairs Office to renew it at least one week ahead of the expiry date.

Attention:

If it is the first time for you to renew visa at OEC, please bring a copy your Physical Examination report (light green).

If your old JW202 form will expire during summer vacation, please fill the Application Form for New JW202 (download from our website) and get new JW202 fromOEC Admission Officebefore your visa renewal.
