To those who may concern，

Starting from this semester, OEC cooperates with Insurance Company to launch a new insurance payment system. Students need to pay insurance fee directly through new online payment system developed by Insurance Company. The insurance of CSC full scholarship students, Jasmine full scholarship students and TSP full scholarship students will be paid by the scholarship councils.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TUITION SHALL BE PAID TO THE UNIVERISTY THROUGH UNIVERSITY WECHAT FINANCIAL SYSTEM AS USUAL. HOWEVER INSURANCE (ONLY) SHALL BE PAID ON THE NEW SYSTEM, DIRECTLY TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

全体同学请注意：

从本学期开始，我院与保险公司合作，上线新的保险费支付系统。学生需要通过保险公司开发的线上支付系统支付保险费。中国政府全额奖学金生、茉莉花全额奖学金生、TSP项目全额奖学金生的保险费将由奖学金覆盖。

The instructions for payment procedure in new insurance payment system is as follows:

新的保险费支付系统操作流程如下：

STEP 1

Scan and Follow the WeChat Platform of Jiangsu University Overseas Education College. If you already followed the platform, you can access the account through "subscriptions"

Find "Campus"- "Pay Insurance"- click the link

找到“Campus”- "Pay Insurance”- 点击链接

STEP 3

Enter your student ID number and click "GO"

输入学号

STEP 4

Check your information and click "PAY NOW"

检查信息并支付

STEP 5

Pay your insurance fee.

支付保险费

STEP 6

Receive SMS notification of successful payment. Please note, if your mobile number is not correct in OEC student system, you may not receive the confirmation message. However, payment will be successful. If you change your mobile number, promptly inform your class teacher.

收到支付成功短信提醒（需要在OEC学生系统中记录正确的手机号码）。如果你的手机号码不正确，可能收不到付款成功信息，但是保险费已支付成功。如果你的手机号码有任何变动，请立刻告知你的辅导员老师。

NOTE

The insurance company might send payment reminders via SMS to your mobile phone (if your number is correct in OEC student affairs system). You can also open the link provided in the SMS. However, OEC suggests students to access the payment link via OEC WeChat. 保险公司会通过手机短信的方式向你发送保险缴费链接（若OEC学生系统中预留的手机号码正确）。你可以通过此链接登录并支付。但是，OEC建议所有学生通过OEC微信公众号进入支付系统。
