1.      Objectives of digital image collection:

2015 enrolled medical six-year undergraduates and 2017 enrolled four-year undergraduate.

2.      Collection time:

June 5 to June 10, 2020.

3.      Collection method:

This image collection is conducted online. Please login your WeChat, search the mini program "江苏图采（jiang su tu cai）", or follow the official WeChat account "江苏省招就中心（jiang su sheng zhao jiu zhong xin）", and then click the "服务指南" - "图像采集". After the real name verification, carefully read the guidance and follow the steps.

4.      Notes for taking photos:

a.       Background: it should be uniform without gradual change and shadow. It is recommended to take a WHITE WALL with good light as the background for taking photos to ensure that the face light is even without obvious visible or asymmetric highlights, spots and red eyes.

b.      Character posture and expression: stand upright, and wear natural expression as eyes naturally open and look straight, ears symmetrical, left and right shoulders balanced, lips naturally closed.

c.       Glasses: people who often wear glasses shall wear glasses, but they shall not wear colored (including colored contact lenses) glasses, glasses frames shall not cover the eyes, and glasses shall not have reflection.

d.      Ornaments and shelters: earrings, necklaces and other ornaments are not allowed to be worn, eyebrows, eyes and ears are not allowed to be covered by hair, head coverings are not allowed, and makeup is not allowed.

e.       Clothing: the top with obvious distinction from the background color shall be worn, dark color is preferred, and avoid complicated patterns and stripes (blue and white tops are not allowed).

f.       If you are not satisfied with the photos, you can take again before uploading. But once uploaded, the photo will be considered as final and cannot be changed.

g.      Take the photos that meet the requirements at present. It's forbidden to remake or beautify!

Important note:

The digital image collected this time will be used as an important part of the academic certificate for the registration on the platform of the Ministry of education. The photos (hard copy and soft copy) will be used in graduation certificate, employment recommendation form, learning and information network, 91job intelligent employment platform and other important aspects of employment, job search, education query, etc.

   Please take it seriously and strictly follow the instructions and requirements. Please do not remake or over beautify the photo in order to avoid that the unqualified photos can not pass the examination and affect the above use.
