The online courses are host by Tsinghua University and International Knowledge Center For Engineering Sciences and technology under the Auspices of UNESCO.

The courses invited the world famous computer technicians, experienced professors of Tsinghua University. Students who have completed the online training andpassed four courses exams will be awarded the online micro-professional certificate, among whichoutstanding students will be invited to Tsinghua University to complete the off-line phase of study,after the training and assessment of off-line training certificate.The online and offline courses are all free. All the students who are interested in can register the online courses.

Micro-Diploma of Computer Science includes "Data Structures and Algorithm Design" , "Data Mining: Theories and Algorithms for Tackling Big Data，"Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science" and "Agile Development Using Ruby on Rails - Basics", four courses. Users can Learn through these core curriculums of Computer Science, quickly reach the vocational requirements of a particular field and get a new career boost.

“The 2019 Micro-Diploma in Computer Science”has launched formally this month. Online Learning system will open from March to June, Offline Learning at Tsinghua will be held in July, 2019.
