To all CSC Students in Jiangsu University:

    According to the documentary requirements of China Scholarship Council, Oversea Education College is going to organize Chinese government Scholarship students to be annually reviewed. Annual review is a comprehensive evaluation on the Chinese Government Scholarship students in our university who are supposed to keep their next year’s scholarship. The criteria of the review include academic results, study attitude, class attendance, behaviors, rewards and punishment cases.

    Students who fail to pass the review will not be eligible to continue the next year's scholarship. Scholarship will be canceled in the case of second failure in annual review.

    Annual Review 

    All CSC students are expected to deal with this review seriously. Students who participate in the review shall download the "Chinese Government Scholarship Review Form" , complete and send the form to email1000004574@ujs.edu.cnbefore April 15^th,2020. 

   Extension  

    PHD students can apply for scholarship extension. Following documents are required:  "Chinese Government Scholarship Review Form",“Application Form for CSC Scholarship Extension”, application letter for extension (signed by application and supervisor), agreement paper from embassy (not required for students who applied scholarship through JSU).Master students who applied for scholarship from embassy can apply for extension through their embassy, other master students who applied for scholarship from Jiangsu University cannot apply for extension. Scan copies of all above-mentioned materials shall be sent to1000004574@ujs.edu.cnbefore April 31^st.

Note: 

1. All scholarship students are supposed to keep their scholarship after September of 2020 must take part in this review. 

2. The scholarship students who will graduate in July 2020 as scheduled don't need to take part in this review.
