  1. Non-destructive Testing Technology and Intelligent Equipment for Agricultural Products and Food
    This research focuses on the application of non-destructive testing technologies in agricultural products and food, developing high-precision testing instruments and intelligent equipment to improve real-time monitoring of food quality and safety in production processes, promoting the widespread use of intelligent food processing and testing technologies.

  2. Physical Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment for Food and Agricultural Products
    Research aims to explore physical processing technologies and equipment for food and agricultural products, developing efficient, energy-saving processing methods and advanced intelligent equipment to enhance the efficiency, energy-saving, and quality control levels of food processing.

  3. Food Biosecurity
    This area focuses on the study of biosecurity technologies in food production and processing, analyzing potential biological hazards in the food supply chain, and developing effective prevention, detection, and control technologies to ensure food safety from production to consumer.
