Jiangsu University 2025 International Summer Program “Exceptional Taste” Innovation and Practice Program on Intelligent Food Detection and Processing

PROGRAMS

This program centers on the theme of “Empowering the Food Industry with Technology, Innovating Practice through Cultural Integration.” Anchored in the digital transformation of the food industry, it establishes a full-process intelligent system—from raw material processing to final product inspection—through the application of intelligent sensing, artificial intelligence, and big data analysis technologies. The program aims to cultivate participants with mastery of core technologies in intelligent food detection and processing, as well as a solid understanding of data-driven scientific principles, by means of interdisciplinary course design, integration of national-level research platform resources, and practice-oriented learning. At the same time, it offers an in-depth experience of the heritage of Chinese culinary culture and the digital achievements of rural revitalization. Emphasizing both academic inquiry and cultural exploration, the project promotes the integration of traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, fosters participants’ interdisciplinary innovation capabilities and industry-oriented thinking, and contributes to the intelligent, safe, and sustainable development of the global food sector—showcasing the transformative power of science and technology in everyday life.
