Jiangsu University Overseas Alumni Association abbreviated as JSUOAA was established on October 7, 2012 by the former University President, Prof. Yuan Shouqi, and the then OEC Dean, Prof. Gao Jing, as a non-profit organization voluntarily constituted by the overseas alumni.

The ssociation inherits and develops the fine tradition of Jiangsu University, networks the overseas alumni to promote cross-border communication, cooperation, cultivation of talents, research, social services, and contributes to the prosperity of the alma mater. It also, functions as a bridge to facilitate alumni information sharing for a better engagement and opportunity. Lastly, it supports the University to advance its goals, objectives, and mission in academics, research and social development
