The Electoral Commission would like to bring to the notice of all IMSA members that there is going to be an election this month.

The positions available are:

·      President

·      Vice President

·      General secretary

·      Organizing secretary

·      Publicity officer

·      Financial secretary

·      Welfare officer

All prospective candidates should take note of the Elections schedule which will be communicated later. Those who wish to contest or vote have up to 15th April to update their membership status.

IMSA ELECTION SCHEDULE:

Tuesday 7/04/15: Open nomination

Wednesday 15/04/15: Close nomination/ close registration

Friday 17/04/15: vetting of nominees

Saturday 18/04/15: Announce successful candidates/ Start campaign

Friday 24/04/15: End campaign

Saturday 25/04/15: Elections/ Announce winners

Monday 27/04/15: Handover report to executive committee
