Students who are to graduate in 2016 are required to have their graduation photos taken. The information for the photos is as follows:

Date: May 23rd 

Time: 14:20-15:00

Venue: South Classroom on 3rd floor, Old library

Note that:

1. Each student must pay 12yuan. The Monitor of each class should collect the money and give it to their class teachers before May 15th.

2. Students must arrive at the venue 10 minutes in advance and pictures will be taken according to the student numbers. The school will not make arrangements for those who arrive late or fail to come for the photo.

3. Students are required to wear a white shirt (other colors are not allowed).

4. Students should have a clean face and neat hair (long hair should be tied up in other not to cover the eyebrows and ears).

5. Passport and student ID cards are required; Students will not be allowed to take their photos without these documents.
