Buses will leave at 7:30 AM from the Overseas Apartment (near the JingJiang Playground)-   Dress in formals or traditional wear.

-   Carry either of these

•  Passport ID/Immigration Photo Receipt

•  Event Invite (will be given to you on the bus tomorrow)

-    No banners, face painting, hooting, or slogans on the venue.

-    Entry will be only through the South Gate of the Venue.

-    No outside food is allowed. Two water bottles of 500 ml each will be allowed to pass the security check point.

-    A pack of chips plus water will be provided on each seat.

-    SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE

-    The event shall take place on the 3rd Floor of the Venue. Signposts shall be placed to guide you.

-    Do not leave your seats till the Prime Minister leaves the venue. Any disturbance in order will be met with strict action by the security personnel. 

-    Departures will be organized with the authorities calling out the bus numbers. Leave your seats only when the bus number is called out. 

-    Please remember that maintaining your dignity is in your own hands. Conduct yourselves in a manner that would befit a student of Medicine. 

-  Bus arrangementscan be checked in the attachment.

-  You’re supposed to come back in the bus you leave.
