Dear country representatives,

Please note that the deadline for registering for the “2015 International Culture Festival” is May 10th. Representatives for countries which are not registered yet are requested to fill the registration form (attached in this post) and submit to the Dinah/Barre before the deadline.

Rehearsals:

First rehearsal will be on 13th May and the final rehearsal will be conducted on 20th May.

Venue: Auditorium beside No.2 canteen.

Please provide the “mp3 audio file” required for the performance to organizers by 12th of May.

Stall:

Width of each tent: 3 meters

OEC will prepare a background for each registered country. However, country reps should provide the design to the organizers. By 15th May, Country reps will be informed about number of tents and tables finally allotted to their countries. This may vary from the number you applied due to limited space. Please note that no extra tents or tables can be provided on the day of event.

Design for Background:

Dimensions: 2 meters (width) * 0.9 Meter (height)

Resolution: min. 80 pixels/inch

Deadline: 15th May

Inviting Diplomats:

This year, student representatives shall invite diplomats from embassy/consulate of their country. You will be representing JU and we hope your invitation to them will be much more affectionate. Please check attachments for a sample "formal invitation to diplomats". If you get any positive response from the diplomats, please let us know OEC and we are happy to make formal arrangements in receiving them.
