Dear Students,

Please notice that due to insufficient rooms for foreign students, we regret to announce that currently we cannot accept any application for single room allocations. However, after enrollment of 2015 freshmen and their room allotments ended (October 2015), we would revise the room availability and publish a notice to accept “single room applications”.

PS: OEC does not consider roommate exchange applications, unless they are backed with a strong reason. Female students who wish to move from Overseas Apartment(6区) to New dormitory (C区）can apply from July 1st until July 10th. Students from Teachers Apartments (3区) can apply to move to new dormitory.

Application procedure: Download roommmate exchange (can be used to dorm change too) from OEC websitehttp://oec.ujs.edu.cn/pub/eng/Download/StudentAffair/and get it verified by your class teacher first. Then get approved by Logistic Company,finally apply to students affairs office.
