Dear students,

     Many rooms in Overseas Apartments are currently occupied by only one student and this resulted in a huge wastage of accommodation resources. It is now the reason for severe crisis in room allotment for 2015 freshmen. OEC hereby issues this notice to students who are currently paying for double room, but living alone in G#6 Overseas Apartments.

     Please find a suitable roommate who is also living alone in a double-room and change your room. Change rooms by Sep. 11thand after that if the other bed in your room is still vacant, you will be assigned with a freshmen roommate. If you deny changing room and are unwilling to have a freshmen roommate, you should have to pay for a single room from this academic year.
