Official enforcement date: Sep. 8th, 2015Overseas Education College (OEC) has received complains of theft and infiltration by unknown persons into the apartment. We are therefore reaffirming this as part of the safety measures and regulations for overseas students.

     In order to assist the management to provide maximum security and protection for all students living in the overseas apartments, you are obliged to take note of the following precautions:

1.Carry your campus card at all time.

2.Swipe your cardevery-timewhen you enter and exit the dormitory.

3.The system captures images of students who have not swiped the card.

4.If you fail to swipe for three times, a punishment of WARNING will be issued.

5.You have to register at reception if you fail to swipe card.

6.If you lose your card, please reapply with-in three days.

7.Do not argue with the administrative staff on this issue.

This regulation applies and is being followed by all students on campus. Foreign students are automatically obliged to get used to this. Do not complain, as foreign students in most higher education institutes in china also abide by this security measure.
