Dear students,

We are going to start the summer vacation from July 13rdto Sep.4th, please note the following:

1. Security first

No matter where you are, in the dormitory, or travelling to other places, please make sure you are in a safe situation. Nothing is more important than your own safety. Please pay attention to these aspects, like transportation, foods, water, fire, electricity, properties, etc. No bars. Call the teacher on duty or your class teacher if necessary.

In addition, there will be a rebuilt and decoration of the C7 department during this summer vacation, pay attention to the safety and security. Do not go nearer to the site.

2. Tuition and accommodation fee payment

For autumn students, please check the notice about tuition, insurance and accommodation fee payment on the OEC website.

3. Make-up exam

Please check your final exam result frequently. If you fail any subjects, please try to review the books in the holiday, so that you can pass the make-up exams at the first week of new semester.

4. Punctuality

The new semester will start on 4thto 6thof September, and classes will start from the 7thof September. Please come back on time, and give your students’ ID card to the monitor for registration. If anything leads to late returning, please call your class teacher and send him or her email for explanation, or serious punishment will be given.

5. Canteens’ Opening Time

According to the University’s arrangements, Teachers’ Canteen, No.4 Canteen and the Flavor Canteen near the east playground will be open during the summer vacation. But No.4 Canteen will stop the service from Aug.21stto Sep.5th. And No.3 Canteen will start the service on Aug.21.
