Dear students,

      This is to inform that the Offices at OEC will be closed during the Summer Vacations(July 13thto September 4th). But, during the vacations OEC students’ affairs office will be on duty onevery Thursdays 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Application of renewal/collection of passport can only be done during these days.Students must apply at least 10 days before the residence permit expires.In case of any special circumstances and unavailability of presence at the office at any proposed date, please check for notice pasted on the door of the students’ affairs office.
