For almost a semester now, some students have spearheaded the idea of setting up an association that will link international students in all engineering fields (civil, chemical and computer science). Through the initiative of Mwansa Chambalile and Nana Osei-Asibey, both Civil Engineering students, ably supported by Mr Benjamin Ghansah as Patron as well as class monitors and other students from the various engineering programmes, theAssociation of International Engineering Students (AIES) has seen the light of day.

This noble association has placed high the value to treat everyone with integrity and respect while continually striving for excellence in all their activities with the power of teamwork to deliver the basic essentials of engineering.

MISSION

To inform, inspire, and influence the engineering students to impact the global engineering community, supporting technological innovations to meet the needs of society through students.

EXECUTIVES

The organization of the AIES will be made up by an executive board which will be voted by all engineering students, after a proper foundation has been laid up by the interim leaders. . The chat below shows the official set up of AIES leadership.
