Dear students：

      The Excellence Scholarship Application for perspective students is available now. It is open to all undergraduate students who have done good jobs in your school life and study.

      If you wish to apply for the scholarship, download and fill out the application form from the attachment and submit it to your class teacher. Please check the details as following:

1. Candidates:students who love China and Chinese, with good academic achievements, good morality and contribution to OEC and all students, obeying rules of OEC and Overseas Apartment, without any OEC punishments. No failure in any course.

2. Scholarship amount:

                    First Prize:RMB¥ 3, 000

                   Second Prize: RMB¥ 1, 000

                   Third Prize:RMB¥ 500

3. Ratio of scholarship:First Prize: 3%  Second Prize:8%  Third Prize:17%

4. Application Materials:

A. Paper Application Materials: the application form of Excellence Scholarship（available athttp://oec.ujs.edu.cn/pub/cms/）(your personal information should be filled out with computer and printed off). If the space is not enough, write on a blank sheet and attach it to the form.

B. The form of extracurricular activities 

C. A full transcript for 2014---2015 academic year.

All contents should be written with computer and printed off.

5. The Selection Process:

A. Please finish the application before 16:30 of Oct. 10th, students should submit application materials to the corresponding OEC class teachers.

B. Before Oct. 16th, OEC will evaluate and select.

C. During 17th to 24th October, OEC will publicize the winners and accept reasonable objection from any other students.

After publicity, the final winners will be awarded the scholarship money. If you have any questions, please timely come to your Overseas Education College class teacher for further help and advice.
