Dear OEC students,      The 2015-2016 Academic Year opening ceremony and scholarship presentation will be held at the small auditorium (behind the former OEC site) at 9:30 a.m. on November 1st, 2015. All teachers and students are required to be present.

      Certificates of Confucius Institute Scholarship（CIS）, Jasmine Jiangsu Government Scholarship, Presidential Scholarship and Merit Scholarship will be presented to all the winners. Formal attires are preferred. Students are required to be seated by 9:00 a.m. prompt.

All winners should make themselves available at the small auditorium for rehearsal at 6:00 p.m. on 31stOctober.
