1.     Progress Arrangements

(1)  Every deputy party secretary confirm whether all the Summary have been reviewed by supervisors,then recommend 1-3 papers after consulted from committee,send them to host school before 16thOct; host school invite Chinese and foreign teachers and the students to make up review committee to review and revise these papers

(2)  The host school should summary all revised qualified paper before 17:00pm October 17th; and recommend 8-12 oral reports papers to submit to OEC for records and make preparations

(3)  Oral presenter prepare 12 minutes speech by Power Point and accept 3-5 minute review. Other authors set up poster(size 90cm*120cm),vertical,illustrated , note the forum name（The Fifth Sino-foreign Postgraduate Forum）onthe top right corner and serial number on the top left. Each co-organized unit should hand in approved posters (electronic version) to host unit for printing in uniform within one week before Sub-Forum starts.

(4)  Every Sub-Forum invite 1 expert to be the speaker and submit to the OEC for archive before 17:00 PM October 17th. 3 evaluation experts, 2 hosts(1 should be overseas student), and 1 timekeeper also should be submitted to the OEC for archive before 17:00 PM October 24th; All the paper selected (electronic version) should be sent to Forum mailbox（postgraduateforum@qq.com）by every host unit to make collection for abstracts.

(5)  Forum schedule will be declared on Oct 21th.

Please make good preparation and motivate graduate students take an active part in the academic forum.
