Notice for Autumn In-take Students’ Tuition Payment of 2016-2017 Academic Year

Dear autumn in-take students,

The first semester of the 2016-2017 Academic Year will start on September 1st 2016. However, August 30th and August 31st are the last days for arrival. On arrival you are required to go to the financial department with your bank card to pay your tuition fee as well as insurance fee before September 14th. Ms. Zhou in financial department is in charge of the payment. On arrival you are also required to go to the Overseas Apartment Receptionist with your bank card to pay your accommodation fee before September 3rd. No cash. On September 16th from (8-12 am to 2-5 pm.) monitors of every class please collects all the receipts given by the financial department and students ID cards (only those who have already paid off) to OEC office for registration.

According toStudent Manual (page 6), If tuition fees arenot paid off within 10 work daysafter enrollment,5% overdue fine ofthetuition fee of the year must bepaid. Students who do not pay for the tuition fee in two months into the semester would be seen as automatic expulsion or dropping out.

If some circumstances beyond control or temporary changes cause the delay of the payment, students are required or supposed to explain the situation to OEC teachers at the beginning of the semester with written application. After submitting relevant proves, students are allowed to delay captured tuition fees.
