Dear Prospective International Students,

Greetings from the Overseas Education College of Jiangsu University. Once again, congratulations on your admission, we are glad that you chose Jiangsu University as your preferred University.

As you all know, due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus-COVID-19 the Chinese Government and University authorities, placing the utmost value for the safety of all International students, decided to postpone the registration dates to September, 2020.

With the active cooperation of all the students, we have received feedback from all the students. We were so touched by the prompt response from all the new students. Because of our joint efforts, we have every reason to believe that your study in Jiangsu University will be a successful one.

After the school officially resumes, we will do the following work:

Mailing Materials: We will prepare new admission documents, then confirm the mailing address with you by mail and lastly send the original materials to you.

Contact the Embassy:We will send an email to the Chinese embassy or consulate in your area to inform them of the actual situation to help you apply for a visa. Therefore, you also need to write your embassy or consulate name (city) in a later email when you apply for your visa.

Entry Visa Application Process: Once you receive the new admission documents for autumn intake, apply for an entry visa, pay attention to the registration information for autumn intake and report to the University time.

Consulting Solutions:Please refer to our late delivery materials for fall enrollment check-in and pick-up service. If you have any questions about the admissions process, please contact us via email and we will reply within 2 working days.

Scholarships:if you have a scholarship and have confirmed your resumption for the autumn intake, the scholarship terms would still apply as stated in your previous admission.

WeChat:As probably many of you already know, WeChat is most use social platform in China. Therefore, we encourage all new students to download the app and share with us their WeChat name or number. We would like to set a group chat with all the students who confirmed the registration for September 2020.
