Dear students：  

    The 2018-2019 second semester A&W Scholarship Application for registered students is available now. It is open to the registered students who have made significant progress in their studies and contributed positively to the International student community.  

1. Applicant Qualifications： 

A. Love China and Chinese culture, be active in school activities, with good morality and contribution to OEC and students.

B. Obey China Law, school rules and accommodation regulations, with no OEC punishments, or failed courses in last semester.

C. This company scholarship is not compatible with Chinese Government Scholarship, Chinese Government Self-funded Students Scholarship, and Jiangsu Provincial Jasmine Scholarship. 

D.Students in the first or the last academic year are also not qualified this time.

E. Students with serious financial problems will be given priority.

HOW TO FILL THE APPLICATION?

- Your personal information should be computer filled (not hand writted)

- Font Style: Times New Roman

- Font Size: 12 points

If the space in the application is not enough, type on a blank sheet and attach it to the form.  

- Print the application after filling it.

B. The personal summary of your study, school life and activities, 800 – 1000 words. 

C. Please choose one story to write, around 1500 words, Any plagiarized information will lead to a rejection:

a. “My Story with Anxin Weiguang (A&W) Flooring Company”. (A simple introduction of the company is not enough; please write down your own story or opinion towards the company.)

b. “My Story with China”. (story with some real cases, contributions, touching stories etc.)

D. Transcript of 1st semester of 2018—2019 academic year (printed screenshot only)

E. Attach copies of your certificates.

All contents should be done on the computer and printed off.  

5. The Selection Process:  

A. Before April 12, submit application materials to your class teachers. 

B. Before April 15, class teacher makes initial selection and recommend to OEC. No more than 15% of students in each class.

C. Before April 25, school interview, 1:1.5 acceptance rate.

D. April 26, announce the final winners and accept reasonable objection from any other students. 

After publicity, the final winners will be awarded the scholarship. If you have any questions, please come timely to your Overseas Education College or class teacher for further help and advice.
