To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exams in June 2026,

Application procedures are as follows,

1. For students who are not in China，

Scan and send ① the PDF copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ② the PDF copy of internship certificate(s)(the date should be prior to the review), ③ the PDF copy of internship logbook in one Zip file to yxygjb@ujs.edu.cn from May 20 to May 22 (Beijing Time). The applicants should indicate “Graduation+Batch + I.D. number”in the subject line of the email and attachments, i.e. the format of “Graduation+2021+51121001xx”. Do not send the email repeatedly and do not send the email for other students.

2. For students who are doing internship in China，

Please submit the hard copy of ①the Application Form for Graduation Examinations, ②the internship log book and ③the internship certificate(s) together to the International Education Office (Room 307, 1^st building, School of Medicine), only between 9:00 and 11:00 May 25 (Beijing Time). (On-site review, if necessary. Please get prepared to respond and do not leave until feedback is received. The separate materials are not accepted.) Do not send the email, submit the hard copy only.

Attention: Please make sure that the internship logbook and the internship certificate(s) are ready to submit. (It is important because the student’s ID number is on the cover of the internship logbook; internship country and periods are necessary. Please clearly describe the different stages of the internship in the case of a mixed internship, and applicants are responsible for their statements.)

3. Announce the list of qualified students（outside China）before May 27.

4. Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before June 5 (Students who have done internship outside China only).

5. Offline exams will be around June 4 or 5.
