New Year's Holiday Arrangements

Dear students:

The 2026 New Year holiday will be from January 1 (Thursday) to January 3 (Saturday), totaling three days. Please note that the classes originally scheduled for January 2 (Friday) will be rescheduled to January 4 (Sunday).

The safety reminders for the vacation are as follows, please read carefully and inform each other.

1. All overseas students are requested to follow the Chinese laws and regulations along with JSU rules. For your safety, please avoid late night hangouts and illegal work. We also encourage you to maintain a healthy lifestyle during the vacation.

2. We are planning to organize some student events to make your vacation resourceful and fun-filled. Please actively participate and improve a positive social and physical lifestyle.

3. Students should only participate in religious activities at lawfully registered Buddhist monasteries, Taoist temples, mosques, churches within Chinese territory. Please avoid to organize or participate in any illegal assembly, rally, campaign, or protests.

4. Be aware of "online easy money" traps or forex/bitcoin investments and also scholarship scams which are recently very commonly faced by foreign students. While shopping online, please make sure the seller is certified and requests legal transactions. If any seller asks you to make transaction outside of shopping platform, you must take extra care so as to avoid being scammed.

DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY TO UNKNOWN PEOPLE. DO NOT BLINDLY BELIEVE IN FOREX OR BITCOIN PROFITS.
