To MBBS students who plan to write graduation exam in September 2025,

Application procedures are as follows,

1. For students who are not in China，

Scan and send ① the PDF copy of internship log book（signature & stamp on each page), ② the PDF copy of internship certificate(s) (signature & stamp), ③ the PDF copy of Application Form for Graduation Examinations in one Zip file to yxygjb@ujs.edu.cn from August 18 to August 27 (Beijing Time). The applicants should indicate “Graduation+Batch + I.D. number”in the subject line of the email and attachments, i.e. the format of “Graduation+2018+51118001xx”. Do not send the email repeatedly and do not send the email for other students.

2. For students who are doing internship in China，

Please submit the hard copy of the Application Form for Graduation Examinations and the internship log book (signature & stamp of the hospital on the last page Identification Form) together to the International Education Office (Room 307, 1^st building, School of Medicine), only between 9:00 and 11:00 August 30 (Beijing Time). (On-site review, if necessary. Please get prepared to respond and do not leave until feedback is received. The separate materials are not accepted.) Do not send the email, submit the hard copy only.

Attention: Please make sure that the internship log book and the internship certificate(s) are ready to submit. (It is important to write the student’s ID number on the front cover of the internship log book; internship country and period are necessary. Please clearly describe the different stages of the internship in the case of a mixed internship, and applicants are responsible for their statements.)

3. Announce the list of qualified students（outside China） before September 2.

4. Pay Graduation Exam and Internship Assessment fees before September 7 (Students who have done internship outside China only).

5. Offline exams will be organized around September 8 or 9.
