Dear international students,

The 2018-2019 academic year Opening Ceremony and Scholarship Awarding Ceremony will be held in the Academic Auditorium (小礼堂，beside JSU museum; E7b in thecampus map) at 1:30-2:50 pm on October 31 (Wednesday), 2018. This event will be graced by the University President and other key officials of the University. Details are as follows.

1. Dress Code: Formal

2. To be seated by: 1:00 pm

3. Participants:

a. All class teachers

b. All 2018spring and autumn enrolled international students (Pre-U, CCN, undergraduates, post undergraduates, language, exchange students)

c. All the Jasmine scholarship beneficiaries

d. 2017-2018 OEC outstanding students scholarship winners (all prizes including the individual scholarship winners)

e. Executive members of all international student associations

5. Other Matters:

The Overseas Education College will select some students as the representatives to collect the scholarship certificates on the stage during the ceremony and all the representatives must be present at the rehearsal in academic auditorium at 5:30 pm, October30^th (Tuesday).
