Theme Intro:

    Library has played an important role in the development of human history, from the traditional paper text collection to the modern digital document collection, libraries are trying to follow the development of time to meet people's spiritual and cultural needs. Various modern libraries, as well as the virtual digital library, are making the way for more portable and rapid knowledge and culture transmission across regions and carriers. For example, the Superstar Mobile Library, the Global Academic Express, the Mobile CNKI, and so on. You can get the information resources you want wherever you are. However, with the development of digital libraries, the drawbacks have gradually emerged. So, we plan to focus on the topic of Chinese and foreign libraries, by discussing the differences between Chinese and foreign library both in real or virtual, then put forward suggestions for their shortcomings.

    This activity aims to promote the cultural exchange of Chinese and foreign graduate students in the library, share the experience of library utilization, and enhance everyone's understanding of the library.
