To whom it may concern,

Students who live on-campus but are going to leave campus for pursuing internship must check out from the overseas apartments according to the “Accommodation Management Regulations”. Please contact OEC student affairs office (room 213) to collect the check-out form and finish the procedures one week before leaving the campus. For students who fail to check-out and leave campus for long duration (including internship), the accommodation will be calculated as usual until they check-out the room even if they did not stay in the room.
