The Electoral Commission wishes to inform the general public on the voting process of the upcoming elections.

Polling is only open to IMSA, IBSA and AIES!

Date of elections: 31st March, 2017

Time : 10:00am to 4:00pm

Polling Stations: G6 and C7

    Students are to vote at their respective Polling Stations

    Students who live in C7, C8 &C9 would vote at C7.

    Students who live in G6 and Off Campus would vote at G6.

 Election procedure;

 Present your student ID card or passport

 Verify your identity. 

 Get an indelible ink on your left finger

 Get ballot sheets of your respective associations and their positions

 Move to the polling booth and select your candidate of choice by ticking

 Move to the ballot box and cast your vote

 Kindly exit the voting area after casting your vote.

Note: Each Nominee may assign a polling agent who would be his/her representative at each polling station to observe the process.

NO CAMPAIGNING ON ELECTION DAY

Counting of ballots begins immediately after voting is closed.

Who can vote?

-- Association of International Engineering Students

All engineering, science and technology UG, Master and PhD students.

-- International Medical Students Association

All medical and pharmacy UG, Master and PhD students.

-- International Business Students Association

All business, finance and management UG, Master and PhD students.
